PRELISTING

ADMISSION
- The admission officer reviews the information entered by the student.
- The admission officer admits the student.
- After admission, the student will receive a text message informing them about the next step, which is payment.

PAYMENT
- The student should send a screenshot of their payment proof to the Finance Facebook page via FB Messenger.
- If the payment is valid, the cashier enters the payment into the ERP.
- The Deans/Program Chairs will be notified by the ERP for subject loading.

SUBJECT LOADING
- The Deans/Program Chairs assign subjects to the students.
- The ERP will notify the Registrar staff after the loading has been confirmed and submitted.

REGISTRAR (CONFIRMATION)
- The Registrar staff confirms the student's registration.
- An SMS message confirming the enrollment and providing the student's SIS details will be sent to the concerned student.

- The student visits the link https://cmc.edu.ph and clicks/taps on SIS.
- On the list of menus, click/tap on Enlist.
- The student selects the year level he/she is enrolling in.
- Click/Tap on Proceed.
- A timeline will appear on the dashboard, which will serve as the student’s guide for enrollment. The timeline will display a colored circle. Each color has its description – grey means pending, and purple means okay.

CENTRAL MINDANAO COLLEGES – PAGLAUM SCHOLARSHIP
Esperanza meaning “hope” is also a story about a NOBLE and BRILLIANT PROMISE that gave birth to Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC).
Tracing back to its history, it was the idea of Major Datu Udtog Matalam, then the battalion commander of a guerilla unit in North Cotabato, of putting up a school, PROMISING to Madame Esperanza Abellera Sabulao, that if he survives the World War II resistance movement, he would pursue this NOBLE IDEA. The war ended sparing not only the life of the Datu but also his family and friends.
Sustaining the legacy of the Datu and Madame Esperanza, CMC’s Paglaum Scholarship Program remains committed to providing assistance for young Filipino learners’ accessibility to quality education.
The Central Mindanao Colleges, Paglaum Scholarship Program, a.k.a. “Paglaum” shall consist of all existing institutionally-funded scholarship programs/opportunities, student financial aides/grants, and discounts for Tertiary Education and special purpose education assistance as formulated by the school administration, scholarship committee or any institutionally recognized organizations or units
